Product Features
The SZS series boiler adopts double-drums (or triple-drums), type-D membrane wall structure. The boiler consists of upper (center) and lower drums, membrane wall of water tubes, convection heat exchanging tube bundle, over-heater, tail economizer, condenser, etc.
The structure of full membrane wall of water tubes is adopted by the combustion chamber which has excellent sealing without air leaks, and minimal heat dissipation can enhance the boiler's heating surface and boosts thermal efficiency.
Full membrane wall structure make the furnace chamber and flue better, anti-explosion ability higher and safety operation.
Convection tube bundle is single stroke, can reduce side resistance of flue gas, by the design on economical flow speed and micro-positive pressure combustion it will improve heat transfer efficiency.
Larger volume of chamber, section width and length measurements can accommodate different burner, also easy to link several burners. Longer remaining time of fuel in the furnace chamber will be combusted more completely and has a higher efficiency.
Larger volume of chamber meets request of ultra-low N2 combustion, it combine with special burner can obtain lower emission of NOx to match the local regulations on environmental protection.
The boiler heats up quickly due to several membrane wall of water tubes and convection transfer surface. This boiler has a big water capacity can operate safely.
The boiler adopts high-quality thermal insulation materials and special construction technology to reduce heat loss and save fuel.
The boiler uses advanced full-automatic burner that is equipped with an automatic control system that prevents gas leak, flame out, and over pressure.
The boiler adopts Mechatronic automatic control technology. Mobile internet enables it to remote data sharing and man-machine interaction.
