Product Features
The heat exchange surface of thermal oil boiler adopts structure of closer spiral coiled tubes, three return structure of flue gas to optimize the strength of space heat transmission and boost convective heat exchange.
The heating surface is made up of double or multi-layer closer spiral coiled tubes. The inner coil is used for radiation heat exchange surface of combustion and the gaps between outer coil and middle coil and inner coil are formed heat exchange surface of hot flue gas.
Air heat exchange or water/steam heat exchange is arranged at the end of the boiler for waste heat absorption, which has sufficient heating area, reduces the exhaust temperature of the boiler, and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
The boiler is designed with a quick-opening door or inspection manhole structure, which is convenient for internal inspection and maintenance.
High-class refractory materials and heat preservation materials that have high thermal performance and good heat preservation effect to reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency.
The boiler uses heat exchanging structure which match with the burner and utilizes comprehensive low NOX control technology including flue gas recirculation (FGR) to achieve high combustion efficiency, low pollutant emissions, especially the NOX emission meets requirements of the environmental protection emission in Bangladesh.
Performance Advantages
The boiler adopts structure of multi-coiled tubes and multi-return heat exchange, with sufficient heating surface and high efficiency.
The boiler employs fully automatic gas-shielded welding for the heat exchange surface tube and utilizes a fully automatic real-time X-life system to detect the weld 100% online, ensuring the prevention of accidents.
The boiler adopts whole or quick-assembly structure, complete supporting, convenient installation and short cycle.
The burner is adopted of imported famous brand that is safe and reliable.
Auxiliary equipment, electrical elements and instruments are chosen of well-known domestic brands to get quality assurance.
The boiler adopts full-automatic control technology of Mechatronics integration, which enables full-automatic control with automatic temperature adjustment, automatic ignition, and multiple interlocking protection functions for differential pressure, over-temperature, flame out, leak detection, overload of fan, and oil pump. Remote man-machine interaction and data sharing can be realized through mobile Internet.
