+88 02 5508 6766The LCM-D/G series low-pressure long-bag pulse dust collector is a new type of high-efficiency bag filter. It not only synthesizes the advantages of compartmentalized back blowing and pulse blowing, but also lengthens the filter bag, giving full play to the role of compressed air blowing under low air pressure (blowing pressure 0.15-0.3MPa). It overcomes the shortcomings of low intensity of chamber back blowing, pulse blowing and dust filtration at the same time, and prevents dust from re-adhesion and out of control, which improves the filtration speed, decreases the energy consumption of dust cleaning and prolongs the service life of the filter bag.
The electric control of bag dust collector adopts advanced PLC programmable controller.
Equipment Features
The collector Adopts pulse blowing in separate chamber, meanwhile pause running to clean the dust completely accomplished with a single blow, it extends the cleaning cycle, reduces energy consumption and significantly lowering pressure gas consumption. At the same time, the fatigue degree of the filter bag and pulse valve is also reduced accordingly, so that to improve the life of the filter bag and valve block exponentially.
In separate chambers, maintenance and bag changes can be performed under standard system operating circumstances. The mouth of the filter bag adopts elastic ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable.
To use upper changing method, taking out the skeleton can change dust bag modifies the operating circumstances of bag changing.
The extreme little rate of air leakage can be obtained by airtight design of box of collector.
Low airflow resistance is achieved by the compact arrangement in the inlet and outlet of air flue.
