+88 02 5508 6766The GCT type high-efficiency desulfurization spray tower is a new type of high-efficiency spray tower designed by our company for flue gas desulfurization. Based on the original manufacturing process change the internal structure of the equipment, lined with granite anti-corrosion liner, increase the amount of spray circulation, reasonable placement of the nozzle position to improve the efficiency of desulfurization, to extend the service life. It has passed the inspection and acceptance of the Administration of Environmental Protection of China. The expected service life is designed for over 20 years.
Working Principle
The GCT-type high-efficiency desulfurization spray tower mainly consists of main cylinder, cyclone, upper spray layer, mist removal layer, lower overflow holes, cleaning holes and so on.
When the dusty gas enters the equipment from the main inlet pipe, the flow speed of flue gas is reduced in the spray tower due to its size enlarged, in the cylinder the dusty flue gas is divided equally by the cyclone device, and then the flue gas slowly rises, passes through the upper multi-layer spray capture layer, and collision and cohesion of dust particles occurs between the dust particles as well as between the droplets among those conditions then form larger dusty water droplets. When the washing water atomized well with alkali lye (PH≥9) meets the flue gas which contains sulfur dioxide they will take the neutralization reaction to achieve the effect of desulfurization.
Products Features
Interior lined with natural granite, shaped by machining, the overall structure is smooth and flat, corrosion-resistant, abrasion-resistant and high temperature-resistant.
The middle part is cast with high strength, high temperature, acid and alkali-resistant materials together with steel grid, and the external package is reinforced with steel plate.
The upper part is installed spraying system which consists of stainless-steel main pipe and silicon carbide nozzles, which ensures can serve long time.
DST can be delivered as a whole equipment in our factory or assemble on the site by each body section of 1.5 m. When assemble on site tower body will be connected by concave-convex structure at end of each section, fastened and the seam will be filled with anti-acid glue to ensure that the joints do not leak.
The DST type desulfurization spraying tower adopts highly efficient silicon carbide atomizing nozzle and sets multi-layer spraying atomizing device to improve the efficiency of dust removal and desulfurization.
